Ayurvedic Doula – Nutrition and Support Program Classes

The Ayurvedic Doula – Nutrition and Support Program is 8-9 months long and consists of 16 credit hours, approximately 265 total hours with theory 95 hours and hands-on training for 170 hours. The certificate for this program will be issued only after completing all the courses listed in the program.

Students must attend the entire Ayurvedic Doula – Nutrition and Support Program, individual course attendance is not offered. This ensures the highest standard of quality education for every Ayurved Sadhana Student.

• Theory Classes: Online Live Webinar – Every Thursday of the Week and the Three weekends – Thursday, January 16, through Thursday, May 8, 2025
• Hands-on experience: At Ayurved Sadhana/Office Evolution in Superior and Louisville, Colorado – Monday, May 12 through Sunday, May 25, 2025
• Externship: In Local Community – June 1, 2025, through Sept 30, 2025

Here is the breakdown of fees and cost:

1. 1. Total Base Tuition Cost for 9 months program: $5500.00 
   2. Non-refundable Application and Registration Fee: $150
   3. Non-refundable Tech Fee: $150 for program
   4. Early Bird Total Tuition Cost for 8 months program: $5000.00 (If you sign up before December 10, 2023)
   5. Ayurvedic Bodywork/Care Module or Ayurvedic Diet and Nutritional Support Module: $1950.00 (Can enroll if you have previous Ayurvedic Experience or Doula Experience)

       1. Ayurvedic Bodywork/care
      2. Ayurvedic Diet and Nutritional Support.

1. Ayurvedic Bodywork/Care Module – Cost $1950
This is a mini course or module you could offer to those who already have Doula experience and cannot commit to a full program, or they are the kind of person who is interested in providing bodywork in their services and need training. The list of classes which are included in Ayurvedic Bodywork/Care Module as below:
        • Ayurvedic Doula – Fundamentals of Ayurveda
        • Marma Points for Postpartum Mother’s
        • Mother’s Ayurvedic Warm oil application
        • Infant Ayurvedic Warm oil application.

2. Ayurvedic Diet and Nutritional Support Module – Cost $1950
This is a mini course or module you could offer to those who already have Doula experience and cannot commit to a full program, or who are the kind of person who is interested in providing Ayurvedic food, diet, and cooking services to their clients and need training in Ayurvedic cooking. The list of classes that are included in the Ayurvedic Diet and Nutritional Support Module as below:
       • Ayurvedic Doula – Fundamentals of Ayurveda
       • Herbs and Spices Guide for Pregnancy & Postpartum
       • Ayurvedic Cooking for Pregnancy
       • Ayurvedic Cooking for Postpartum
       • Postpartum Oils. Salves, Tinctures, Syrups and Herbal Ghees

NOTE: Monthly Payment plans for 8 or 10 months are available for Full Tuition Cost or Early Bird and Monthly Payment plans for 4 or 6 months are available for both Modules are available.
