Herbs and Spices for Pregnancy and Postpartum is a theory based course. Students will explore common kitchen spices and their effects through the pregnancy and postpartum period. Students will discuss contraindications, formulas, and appropriate applications. This class is a prerequisite to the hands on pregnancy and postpartum cooking courses.
