November reminds us that warmth brings comfort — especially at night — when hot, wholesome meals feel just right.

Morning & Evening Tonics

  • Begin mornings with vermouth tea blended with honey and a pinch of cinnamon — a gentle tonic for strength and immunity.

  • Before bed, sip flaxseed tea (plain or with a touch of lemon) to soothe digestion and calm the system.

  • Morning and evening, add a dash of grape juice to warm water to keep the liver active and the mind bright. While fresh grapes and pears last, enjoy them at breakfast to nourish vitality.

Meals & Seasonality

  • For dinner, choose hot moong bean soup with turmeric, ginger, clove, cumin, and coriander — your best companion now.

  • Alternatively, a hot vegetable soup with a touch of black pepper supports digestion and offers a natural antiviral nudge.

  • Pomelos arriving from many regions are refreshing — enjoy in moderation.

  • For a light refreshment or dessert, try grated apples with cream, or applesauce simmered with cloves and a cinnamon stick — simple delights that reach the heart.

Diet Rhythm

Temperatures are dropping, but it’s not yet the time for heavily spiced foods. Add warm drinks at breakfast, include baked dishes at dinner, and keep lunch lighter — salads and rolled oats still suit the season.

When Colds Arise

Practice deep breathing: exhale three times longer than you inhale for five minutes, every two hours. Pair with hot lemonade inhalation — a timeless remedy long recommended by Dr. Popat Prabhuram Vaidya.

HAPPY NOVEMBER TO EVERYONE! BHA — Be Happy Always. Namaste.

P.S. These seasonal suggestions have been prepared with consideration for modern dietary habits and the climatic conditions of the U.S., Canada, Russia, and European climates
