Sarah Williams earned her Master of Clinical Social Work at Smith College School in 2011. Her training provided a strong foundation in psychodynamic theory with a social justice lens. Her time at Smith was fulfilling and confirmed her passion for working with a diversity of people and experiences.
She moved to Colorado after graduating Smith in and worked for six years as a therapist, advocate, clinical supervisor, and Assistant Director at the Office of Victim Assistance (OVA) at the University of Colorado Boulder. In her work at OVA She worked with victims/ survivors impacted by sexual assault, stalking, harassment, sexual harassment, death, bias motivated incidents, and mass violence. She continues as consultant to UCB and am completing a certificate in perinatal and postpartum mental health.
