Meditation & Chanting is a curated space where students come together and use this time to improve and explore various spiritual practices. These practices can range anywhere from the recitation of Sanskrit mantras, active yogasana, all the way to the learning of different tools surrounding self-care. This class is held to particularly support and ground the Ayurvedic students as they navigate their course work. Furthermore, the students will learn the stories that took place during the Vedic times and their historical significance to modern applications.
In addition to the above practices, meditation techniques such as visualization, chakra understanding and examination, and the basis of the mind body connection is experienced in Meditation and Chanting. Moreover, students will embody and discover distinct energies while magnifying their healing effects in this group setting. This course is also an opportunity for students to connect with one another as they traverse deeper in both their individual and collective practices.
